The driving system of the electric scraper is composed of a hydrostatic transmission device and a mechanical device such as a drive axle.The motor rotates, and the replenishment oil pump works to supply oil to the control system, variable pump, and parking brake system.The displacement control valve of the variable pump is in the middle position, and the swash plate of the variable oil pump is in the zero position, which does not drain oil and does not absorb oil, and plays the role of working braking; the spool of the hydraulic valve is in the left end position, and the oil supplied by the replenishment oil pump enters the supercharger through the valve. The supercharger pushes the piston of the parking brake, compresses the spring, and releases the parking brake.When the working resistance exceeds the limit value of the pressure limiting valve, the oil pump swash plate automatically returns to the center position, and the pump is in the working braking state, which plays a role in protecting the oil pump.The control valve controls the variable valve to control the oil discharge direction and flow rate of the variable pump, so that the motor rotates forward and reverse to drive the front and rear axles at the required number of revolutions, so that the electric scraper can move forward and backward at any speed.
