2.Maintenance, adjustment, and refueling must be stopped before they can be carried out. At the same time, the machine must be parked in a safe area, and it must not be parked in dangerous places such as the possibility of bursting and the edge of the well.

3.The leakage protection distribution box should be placed in a safe, dry and well-ventilated place, and the cable fixing pile should be firm.

4.The emergency stop device of the fuselage should be maintained well.

5.The electric scraper itself must have good lighting.At the same time, we must have adequate lighting in our work and life places, and only 36V voltage is allowed for lighting, and open flames are not allowed to replace lighting for analysis and maintenance.；

6.The driver's cab, underground maintenance chamber, garage, oil depot, etc. must always be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, insulated gloves for operating high-voltage power supplies, electric test pens, etc.；

7.It is generally stipulated that the wheels should be kept properly pressurized. If the tire is found to be under-inflated, it should stop working and replenish the tire in time.

8.The electric scraper must be well lubricated and the whole machine clean, and should be parked in a well-ventilated, dry roadway with a good roof, and a place where the shock wave does not affect it.;

9.When an abnormal situation is found on the work surface, the shoveling should be stopped immediately and evacuated to a safe area and reported in time.

10.The switch box must be closed at all times and must not be opened by anyone except a qualified electrician.
