1.There has been a major change in the power machine.

Underground scrapers have always used Deutz's FL912/913/413w series air-cooled eddy current combustion chamber diesel engines.In the mid-1980s, the Detroit Diesel Engine Company in the United States launched the diesel engine electronic control system (DDEC), which accepts various electronic signals (diesel engine pressure, temperature, speed, etc.) from drivers and sensors, accurately controls the fuel injection volume and fuel injection time, indicates the location of the fault, and performs fault diagnosis, which can reduce the fuel consumption of the engine by 3%-5%, and shorten the acceleration time, improve cold start performance, improve exhaust emissions, and greatly extend the service life of the engine.

2.The gearbox adopts electric/hydraulic shift and electronic control technology

Hydraulic mechanical transmission scrapers mainly use the fixed-shaft power shift gearbox of Clark in the United States. In addition to developing “adjustable” technology to solve the problem of mechanical impact during starting and shifting, this simple and reliable gearbox has also introduced electric/hydraulic shift and electronic control technologies, such as LH514 and LH514E.

3.Multi-purpose and combined.

In order to meet the needs of different mines and different operations, in addition to providing standard configuration models, various scraper manufacturers also provide various optional parts according to different ore physical and mechanical properties and operating conditions.For example, buckets with different bucket capacities and bucket shapes are equipped according to ore density; in addition to standard front-unloading buckets according to unloading methods, push-off buckets, side-unloading buckets and high-lifting buckets can also be provided; according to the operating environment, air-cooled diesel engines or water-cooled diesel engines are configured; according to operating conditions, a general-purpose cab with a safety roof or a fully enclosed air-cooled cab is configured to operate the scraper manually or remotely; some models can also replace diesel-powered equipment with electric equipment or replace electric equipment with diesel-powered equipment in a relatively short period of time according to user requirements.
