If something is found stuck between the valve and the relief port, the valve core cannot rotate normally, and the hydraulic motor cannot provide normal pressure, resulting in the cable winding cannot be rotated.Then after this problem occurs, the relief valve of the hydraulic motor should be removed immediately, the parts removed from the hydraulic motor system should be cleaned one by one, and the parts should be dried before installation.
